I have 16GB of RAM, a 4-core 11th gen i7-1165G7 and Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics, and the map loaded in ~3 minutes (when loading it for the first time). My settings are all on low except for texture quality and shadows. Get about 20-30 fps depending on the area.
suggestion: add the cars too or get someone else to, I don't really care who does it, just so long as its done, so I can play Beamng: Most Wanted 2012 the way Criterion (hadn't) intended
White Bluebuck Custom , Maybe tuned Wendower , White Barstrow RS custom , White 865tt , White 884tt , White K-Series , White Red Tail , White Bolide Pop Up Headlights, White Scintilla, White Bolide Gruppe 5 , See even if I include modern cars after 2012, it's still not 15
Dang,...I new a new PC....the Hamster in the Wheel is already at full running pace Looks absolutely fantastic and eventually look forward to screenshoting the hell out of it. A great direction for BeamNG to be heading with these types of Maps Keep up the great work BeamNG Devs
In bad weather conditions, drivers should reduce speed and increase the distance to other road users. This is the same as the case where someone hit the sign posted on overpass with the truck
Night-time racing is great on this port, so great. Reminds me hella alot of Midnight Club 3. Bravo on the port, bravo. Wonder if anyone will ever port a Midnight Club map in the future. Just sayin'.
This map is much more fun to explore when it's dry. Mind if I post a mod to dry it out? One would be completely dry (changed asphalt_wet to asphalt) & the other would keep the wet roads but lose the slick surface.
I have a 7800x3d, 32gb DDR5 6000mhz, RXT 4070 Gaming X trio (game runs on Samsung 980Pro and the system) but i seem to have very large stutters that are unexplainable. I done SFC /scannow and cleared cache/data integrity check It essentially is unplayable due to the large lag spikes. Pls help
I'd try to load the map with lowest texture settings if you have not tried that already. Could you try go to the map imgui menu, advanced settings, and disable "Enable Chunk Culling" option? Let me know if it changes anything. If it's overwriting files (is not a separate mod) please do not share that as it will break my map. You can make it a separate mod with only changes that are much smaller than my own and that way it would be fine I think.
That's probably it. You're getting severely bottlenecked by the graphics department. Then again I'm surprised you can even get that framerate with no dGPU.
Hello Car Killer. I'm running on 12th GEN i9-12900F, in Win11, GTX 4070 12GB, 32GB RAM. BeamNG graphics set on LOW. Your map loads to the point in the screen capture attached and won't finish loading. I put the zip file in MODS and then moved it to REPO - same result. Any suggestions? I'd sure love to drive on your map
i've been running the map on my BeamMP server now and it runs really great with multiple people, it's clear the map needs refinement in some areas but it's still amazing to see what has been achieved!
I'm loving the map! had some issues at first where the map just wouldn't start and would crash before loading but rasing the virtual memory limit to 64gb fixed it for me, don't know why my specs are Ryzen 7 5800x 32gb of 3600mhz ram rtx 2070
I got an i7 4790k, a GTX 1080 and 32GB of very mismatched DDR3 at 1080P i get a stable 60FPS with the high graphics preset
The only thing it would "overwrite" would be the groundmodels.json file & that's the only part of the mod.
