ESC Indicators - ESC, TCS and ABS Activity Indicator Lights

A very simple set of indicators to show ABS, TCS and ESC activity. They flash when the systems are active if the vehicle is equipped with them.

Upcoming features:
- Better icons for the indicators.
- (not sure if possible) Clicking the indicators will toggle the system. For ESC, it will toggle between different modes like Normal, Sport and Drift.
- General Polish
