    What is this, make James blush day!? Haha, I really appreciate that too, the time trial gameplay in career was me, including the endurance races! Really happy to hear that people love it, I can't wait to get back the gameplay side and pump our more like this, and this is just the inspiration for it! =)

    is the tutorial something you guys are still working on? i find myself lost as soon as i finish the tutorial. I go and do some races and missions but i never find myself certain I'm doing the right thing. maybe it's just me.

    Yeah the existing tutorial was an exercise in getting multiple graphs strung together with various things like a task list, waypoints, pop-ups, and various in-game actions being tracked (look left.. accelerate.. fill fuel, etc) but the Career Mode onboarding tutorial has a very different structure planned, I'm hoping to get to working on it for .36, the plans are from last year still and were tied directly to APM's Career Path, but now that we've separated and have APM as well as other career paths, some things will be changing. The overall plan is, "here's Career Mode, car's are fragile, here's how to navigate, complete these couple tests, hey look at you, you capable little driver you, APM wants to hire you, here's a $10,000 signing bonus!" and you either continue and progress through APM gameplay, or decide to go off and do the other career path gameplay.

    I made a new save file for career a few days ago, and I’ve been playing it for fun from time to time, and I must say there’s definitely been some pretty big progress! I no longer feel like giving myself 10 million bucks through file editing and instead go for actually earning money because it feels like a real thing.
    I do have some issues to point out though (as it’s not finished yet) (also do keep in mind i’m not sure if any of these have been mentioned here yet)
    First of all, in AI races, there used to be specific cars that you raced. For example, in Highway Loop 1, you’d be given a Scintilla and then racing against multiple Scintillas. But now it’s just random vehicles, which is strange, because giving the player a supercar but giving the bots an H-Series just feels wrong and kind of funny, as the main challenge isn’t beating the other opponents, but not crashing your car (or maybe i’m just bad and there is no challenge lol)
    Another thing off the top of my head is that in the race where you get a racing Wendover on the race track, when I picked the Wendover, it had an empty (or just no) fuel tank for whatever reason, and I couldn’t drive. And when I picked the player vehicle option, I spawned deep underwater and out of the map, and had to exit the mission, go into freeroam then go back into career, and only then could I take a taxi back to my garage and retrieve my car. Kind of a silly situation and I feel like there has to be something wrong with the mission to have both of these issues related to a single mission.

    Hello,
    Is there any plan to be able hire drivers to do cargo jobs with owned vehicles? As a form of passive income, where vehicles may not spawn on the map but accumulate mileage and complete jobs in the background.

    you can add to the career the ability to replay missions and receive a reward so that you can save up. because all the currency is limited. well, the level of difficulty of the career is three points separately. by currency, repair and mission. by currency. easy level of currency is a lot, for example, from 20,000-100,000. average is not much and not a little 10,000-50,000. and difficult currency as it is done now. levels of difficulty can be made five. by repair and little things.
    light repair free no insurance. teleport anywhere. but in tasks and delivery teleport is disabled. well, logical. and so on. average repair is not expensive, one insurance. teleport only by mission and place marks and infrastructure. difficult as it is done now. also 5 levels can be made from very easy to very difficult. mission difficulty. easy goal points less. few fines. restoration. flip on wheels.
    average goal is higher. fines are higher well in rock crawling. without restarts. without coups. difficult as it is done now. well here too make 5 levels of difficulty. and all this so that people with different skills can play. and to gain more audience. plus advertising plus sales by the fact that people will learn that there is a goal in the career and that there are different levels of difficulty.

    This is a feature I'm really excited to see come to life one day, it's in the plans but not actionable just yet. Happy to hear you're onboard with it, I can't help but think of "Aisha's Taxi" stuff from Horizon all the time.

    Appreciate the suggestions and concepts, thanks for sharing, there are lots of opportunities to enhance the "easy, medium, difficult" nature of the gameplay and we'll be playing with these in the future when the time is right. :)

    Seems like you have the updated terrain, but not all updated models, so this is a mod issue causing a conflict unfortunately, you'll have to go through your downloaded mods and see which one(s) broke things for you.
