Well, there's the Moonhawk, the Barstow, the Special, and the Bluebuck. Not sure if these are the cars you prefer, but let's just say that if they aren't, well. you can't always have what you want (not right away, anyway). To get back on topic: I think this feature is going to add a lot more immersion and realism to the game! I'm pretty sure there are a good amount of people who would want this mod very badly, but please do take your time and work at your pace @venzo
The dude telling me to just read, when i asked a question. I had read, but had apparently missed what I was looking for.
oh. I never knew that the burnside special, gavril bluebuck, bruckell moonhawk, and gavril Barstow were not American classic cars.
thing is those are not muscle cars or normal cars, two of them are basically luxury cars (moonhawk might have been a muscle car earlier in life but melded into a malaise era land yacht and barstow isnt really entirely a full on muscle car, ive heard it compared to a pony car infact)
I guess, but a big part of the car roster is already taken up by old american/japanese cars and i think a lot of people would like to see more modern things.
hello friend, very cool this mod, makes the game much more realistic, I really liked it, will you make this mod available for us to download?
To attempt to get this thread back on track, I would be curious as to how the mod you have crafted works. Clearly it seems to work pretty well, but what method are you using to create the effect you have going on here? Do you have a UV that is slowly getting applied to the car as you travel through mud? Or have you actually figured out a way to paint partials onto a UV with LUA somehow? I am just curious as to how you went about getting this to work?
considering you joined 2 weeks ago, and the general law of "only the mod maker picks who beta tests", i'd say nope
