the brakes are strange since they make tire-screeching noises when pressed even at a standstill, and make the speedometer go up by ten to twenty mph for no reason, which is probably related to the fact that they lock up really aggressively the second that they're pressed.
I know next to nothing about the coding behind brakes behind the scenes, all i can say is simply what i've experienced in game, unfortunately. Though i do recommend the Modding For Dummies discord, i'm sure they'd be able to help you. https://discord.com/invite/3Fy86de I wish you the best of luck!
This thing is Insane! Especially the rally variant. I'm sorry but there is now way that this thing should be able to do 140 on grid map between the edge wall and the suspension test area. I mean the floaty suspension definitely fits the year of the car but being able to do what its doing in the photo is ridiculous! Other than that its a great mod!
Is this a good time to ask that if you stay working on old British Cars, maybe you should consider doing next the Rover SD1? Beamng is definitively needing more BL "goodness". (Or a Princess, or a Dolomite that you can make based on the Miramar idk, i get excited at the prospect of someone actually caring about those cars)
Go to the beamng game files > go to content/vehicles > search for the miramar.zip > open the brake jbeam > do a 'hippity hoppity, your jbeam is now my property'
I feel like this mod needs more time developing, also, it a terrible 1.0 engine to be a real brit car
