Stay away from third-party websites such as World of Mods; these sites have low-quality mods.

Stick with the forums for high-quality mods instead of these shady websites.

World Of Mods is virus-free AFAIK, so download if you want. Just know that you're not going to be getting a quality mod most of the time, so it likely won't handle or feel like a real lambo :)

If they have an installer, DON'T USE IT. You should look for the option to just download the .zip file for the vehicle, if that's an option. The installer they have is definitely going to install the files incorrectly and may have a virus as well. Chances are, the folders are packaged incorrectly as well, I believe the wiki has an article on the correct way they need to packaged for the game to load them correctly.

As mentioned before: Don't get your hopes up of those being high-quality mods. They aren't going to handle, drive, or sound like the actual car and crashing them is going to look horrible.

I don't know, because I haven't been to those sites in a very long time, but you are still probably going to have to reorganize the folders before it'll have any chance of working.

Right-Click folder > Send to > Compressed Folder (it's a Windows built in thing).
Or you can use programs like 7zip and winrar.

ZIP archive must have this structure:
ZIP > 'vehicles' (or 'levels' ) folder > FOLDEROFYOURMOD > FILESOFYOURMOD

It's explained in my post above.
Creating a ZIP is quite a basic thing, nothing too complicated.
If you managed to make a mod, you should have no problem with that ^.^

(Point 2 is my explanation above)

Thanks. Now I know how the zip's structure is supposed to be. But I can't find any button in beamng that says "save this vehicle in a folder"

    No such button exists.

All of this has to be done outside the game.
It's just a matter of modifying the ZIP that contains the mod you downloaded so that it has the correct structure.
