Does deleting mods help performance more than de-activating them?

    Just would like to know if deleting mods would actually improve performance more than just de-activating them.

    Definitely deleting them shortens the game launching time because it shortens the mod db file which the game has to read on each launch and each mod can be thousands of lines in it (my file has 100k+ lines for example), idk about actual gameplay
