Does anyone else think that horn 11 sounds like the horn in The Sims 3?

I was going through the horns and horn 11 stood out to me the most because it really sounds like the horn from the Sims 3 like when the school bus arrives
Sadly though I can't for the life of me find a clip of the horn in The Sims 3 to share in hopes that I am not the only one who thinks the two sound the same

 

Some of the horns and sirens seem to be purchasable sound effects. Horn 11 reminds me of some of the horns in GTA San Andreas. So probably yes they are some sound as the Sims 3 sounds

 

It's also the School Bus horn in SimCity4.
