Adding some petrol engines to my mega-engine-mod 3.0 Supercharged V6 3.5 i-VVT (Honda) N/A (turbo option coming) 5.0 SC V8 510hp these all have auto/manual transmissions, except for 5.0SC, that's auto only
Got a turbo-diesel ibishu pigeon with automatic transmission being approved. I think it's awesome, the pigeon cruises nicely at 70MPH and with 70HP it shoots off like a rocket. Will have to find 0-60 times but 0-30 it's very quick, 2.7 seconds from 0-30 on automatic transmission and 8.8 seconds 0-60. It sort of dies out when going beyond 40-50MPH but is adequate under most circumstances.
Now it's perfect, just need to export mesh and edit pessima jbeam so this mesh will be displayed instead and mod is better than Soriad Bentover or what it was called that Bakasan crafted out of boredom Do note mirrored UV map, that is a sign of quality! HD texture of 1012 x 414 pixels! It's dangerous if you don't get enough sleep, head does not work right way, can't do much else than fool around and that is not good either. /////// Anyway, is there any interested ones to create low poly cars to be placed on maps, like parking spots, parking halls etc. which might not need even collisions? No need of rotating wheels either, just simple sets to make cities look more alive. Not sure how one could add such to vanilla maps, but I guess there is a way for skilled ones? Map makers could use such asset to build single objects of several parked cars which could be placed on maps, so streets don't look so empty.
Personally, I wouldn't like cars as map objects. They would occupy spaces I might need for jbeamed vehicles.
I can kinda see that, it might require different spawn with and without cars, if that is even possible? For me world is kinda dead without cars and static cars would improve settings in so many places, but more of bit away from roads perhaps at areas not so likely driven by player.
Finally got around to updating my D15/Roamer mod and the Pessima mod to include sounds for diesel engines. Long overdue i know but i couldn't be bothered to do it for a while.
Concept stage atm. But i might port over the 180hp 1.8 VVT-I from my covet mod (yes it did exist like 2 years ago) and put that in the old pessima with AWS
