Did you put the materials.cs that has the skin in a folder inside etk800? It will overwrite if it's not and will break every texture on the car.
Thanks to @Godzilla! , the fog of NoTexture has been lifted... ...and now I can see just how bad of a job the discount bodyshop I hired did.
Take a look in flexbody section in jbeam file. Or it might because you haven't rename your part in blender yet. If not it will conflict with the original part. And the part won't show in game.

I'd start with something not too advanced like a supercar- I suggest making a '57 Bel Air or a mail truck. Great basis so far-where'd you learn to start a base like that because I'd like to know how/where to start a model.
