    I think it's really good. The carbon fibre is a bit too much imo, but it looks really nice. Those seats give me a Nissan GTR R35 kinda vibe :)

    I am aware the textures are not great. The only reason i textures the car is so that the texture guy has some reference when it comes to making the textures for beamng.drive.

    in beamng its gonna have stitching, and weaves and much nicer textures overall.

    I can see some of the typical features of a seat, and I don't want to discourage you, but as a whole piece it doesn't look like a bucket seat. I recommend opening google images and taking a look every once in a while, just so you can get some reference when modeling.
    Also, a seat can be modeled without extreme use of subsurf. It's fine for renders, but I would be really careful when making models for a game.
