keep up the amazing work, If you need any ideas message me. But can't wait, the pack is coming along great.
Dev Screens of my Rally Stage map. Redid the tree sizes for more variety. I believe the left image is before.
I'd add at least one more edgeloop at the rear arch And generally increase the poly density, mainly for shading and deformation purposes, but it looks really cool though. Good job!
My 3D modeling skills don't exists, but this is 620 000kg washing drum for BeamNG vehicles or that is what I want to make, but even with such simple form I get shading issues. Moms always forbid putting your toy cars to washing machine, obviously it must be tested, certainly nothing is going wrong. Ah, managed to fix shading bugs, still I'm not a 3D modeler and textures are likely not happening, but at least little something: Update: You should listen to you mothers I guess, placing that cop car into spinning thing with blades is not good idea:
Done some work on the front bumper to improve the R20's styling. Its not finished yet, as seen by the gaps where the fog lights will live. Think of it more as mid progress shots of this new revision. Left : Old |||| Middle : New |||| Right : New (Rendered) The bits sticking out of the roof on the right image is the roll cage. There are actually quite a lot of changes in there, mostly involving mesh quality. For fun, here are some screenshots of how the model has progressed over time. Spoiler: Progress <- Interior does not look like this any more! And then of course the images as seen above. As an additional bonus, here are two of the design variations that didn't make it any further.
Thanks, I was really pleased with how it turned out as well. That's why I am excited to get the update uploaded and released soon. (hopefully the mod approval process doesn't take too long)
Made new tires and fixed some issue with the rear suspension Now I want to start on the braking system and maybe on the interior already
There's something uniquely British about how unperturbed the car itself remained throughout that. In the meantime, the only thing I've really managed to accomplish is coming down with a bad case of truckenpox. Hopefully turning up the heat will cause the fever to break.
