he could also click apply in the export window. that way it doesnt stay like that when your editing it, only on export
That is not how you make a jbeam. To see how a jbeam should look, press "k" when using one of the official vehicles.
I think I might just try to modify the 200bx jbeam to it sadly I have no idea how to do any of this crap thats why everything I do I have to restart, at least I have a model now though
If you own "The Crew" or look up some vids, theres a really nice Datsun in it with loads of upgrades some of which don't make sense, like offroad tires and bullbars. Theres also a really cool neon LED circle as a headlight. Possibility?
the 240z actually has a rally heritage and I will eventually make all the upgrades I can think of if I can ever get the hang of this crap xD
Nice work Every time I See a WIP thread here I want to model my dream luxury 50's automobile xD (1957 mercury turnpike cruiser) But this is also a car I like. Nice work. Would love to see this as a completed mod in game
Crikey. Did you use the Decimate modifier? Iterations in odd numbers tend to change the orientation of your polyflow, giving you diagonal lines and ugly topology. Keep your polygons in a neat grid or you're gonna have a bad time. This is what you should aim for: And this isn't:
the reason it looked like that is because I tried to cross all the squares to make the j beam but thats not how you do that so I had to go back and delete all them like I said I have no idea what Im doing my current model looks more like the top pick now
Sorry for anyone waiting for updates on this, I've been busy at school and my new job, and have no idea what I'm doing. Plus problems with the real z. I've decided to just use the jbeam from the 200bx for now, problem is i have no idea how to put the z body on it. If anyone could tell me what to do to get the basic model in game that would be great. I did get the 200bx jbeam to work in my folder i have for the z, but the rear wheels would explode when it would spawn.
