Appears to be a menu error. Try verifying integrity. If that comes up with nothing or fixing missing files still doesn't do it, go take out all of the mods, then put it in one at a time.
Each mod, test the game to see if it is working. If it isn't take out that mod to somewhere else, then continue.

 

ahhh try to verify integrity but nah, try to remove and add all mods in one time but nah. sadly i will need to move some mod :/

 

You can add mods in groups to speed things up if needed.

Instructions unclear, Belaz Dump looks like mashed potatoes after single use. Would not roll again.

So the mod, once downloaded, and activated, never showed up. I wasn't able to tune the spinner. What do I do?

This is a very outdated mod that was last updated in 2017. You just both performed a bump. What is a bump, you may ask? Well, a bump is when you reply to a thread that has not been updated in a while. This mod has no hope of being fixed, so it is useless to ask for one. It is also frowned upon in the community. In fact, it is against the forum rules. Please refrain from bumping in the future. Thank you.
