Controller Thumbsticks Adjusting Camera

Every now and then, whilst using an xbox bluetooth controller (The Forza Horizon 5 special edition, if that makes any difference), the functions of the thumbsticks change from their intended functions, where the left thumbstick is used for steering and the right thumbstick moves the camera, to a situation where the left thumbstick moves and tilts the camera in the interior view, and the right thumbstick adjusts the FOV in every camera view.

I have no idea what causes this, as it only happens every now and then (it has only happened twice so far), but it always takes a full game restart to fix it.

On another note, sometimes the force feedback doesn't work, and requires plugging in the controller and then unplugging it to get it to work. It should be noted that it works flawlessly whilst plugged in, and only shows this issue when on bluetooth, and not entirely all that often. (Also, would it be possible to allow users to tune the force feedback of the Xbox Controller? I'd like the controller to vibrate on the corner that corresponds with each wheel when a wheel looses traction or is under heavy load, to better get a feel for over and understeer, as well as have the controller vibrant more once I reach the rev limit as a subtle clue into engine RPM, like it does in FH5.)
