when you try to crawl or anything hard on the tranny the clutch overheats and you cant exactly crawl for nothing but as soon you put on 17 inch wheels or more its all perfect and works good
oh the front wheels, yeah I still need to work on the drive train cause it does work but just slightly, the transfer case doesn't do a 50/50 front back, I will try to fix this but I already past 1hr trying to figure this out and failing.
Is it possible that you need a center diff between the rear axle t case and the front wheels? That when locked would cause the rear wheels to spin at the same speed as the front at all times.
Thanks for these off road parts and tires, I've been having a lot of fun getting my Baja Truck config set up! Short vid showing it off before I misjudged the landing
Your game is outdated, the latest game version is v0.13.0.5. Update your game, that will fix your issue.
ok ill try that now --- Post updated --- it worked, dont know why steam hasnt kept anything updated also id love to see a 6x6 version of the d-series
I've seen other mod creators get AWD working on the semi. Example: https://www.beamng.com/threads/modern-and-experimental-t-series-contributions-are-appreciated.34823/ You're obviously skilled and experienced in BeamNG modding. I really love your work so far and I was hoping you could either contact this mod author and ask what he did to get it working, or possibly take a look at his code to see how he got it functioning. His AWD system is working on the newest update, although some of the configs don't quite work correctly. From what I've seen in my attempts is that the differentials and transfer case code for the T series seem much more confusing and complicated than other vehicles...
Top mod, works really well. I can see a lot of work has gone into it. Only small issues I have is that the rear mounted engine of the off road semi isn't mounted to the frame, so as you cross rough terrain it moves up and down, flexing the exhaust and so on. Also the front fuel tanks clip through the bonnet/hood,. Neither impact the performance of the truck, but thought it might be something that you could look into
