Tonight, 2 suspects have been caught, one alive, and one dead, after an attempted ditch-and-run. Eye witnesses tell us that the Ibishu Mirimar backed from the trailer while the truck was in motion, and the truck promtly lost control and crashed. When the truck first hit the guardrail, it spun 180 degrees and began charging into oncoming traffic. Police suspect that the truck driver was killed on the first impact with faulty airbags blasting shrapnel into his head, and that caused the throttle to continue to be presses, causing the truck to charge traffic. The driver of the Mirimar tells police when he backed out of the trailer, his tire punctured and he lost control leaving the highway.
