Sadly these are very rare and most of them are in very poor conditions, and those V8s makes them impossible to go through the regulations and stuff. I know a lot of cars didn't pass the test because the engine or most of the times, "too old". I mean, I saw a lot of Citroen ZXs, Volkswagen Passat B2s, Jettas, or some times FSO Polonezs, LADAs, Toyota Crown 133s, Lincoln Town Cars(illegally starched to limousines), Daihatsu Charades, Suzuki Altos, Daihatsu Minivans, even some Peugeot 308s went to the scrap yard because of the regulations, and I found out that's pretty sad :/. (Actually I love Caprices a little bit more than I love Crown Vics lol) OT:Vivagon
