i wish names of vehicles were nationally accurate to the real life counterparts. the Hopper being an Ibishu has never made any sense to me. It's literally so similar to a Jeep that's definitely NOT Japanese. Please don't do the same thing with SMART, which is a German company.

Make your own brand up like "Dumm" (dumb in german- the opposite of "smart") please! Other than that I hope this gets finished <3

Nice! I know it's pretty early but may I suggest an engine? The 0.8 cdi 30kw, it's a 800cc turbo diesel inline 3 engine available in the first gen Fortwo

I believe it's based of a Citroën as a lore friendly type thing. A rough theory I have is to why is that Citroën might not have wanted to see their car with a rocket in the back repeatedly crashing, although I don't think they are as defensive as red-car-horse-brand
