Can't Create Polls

I have spent the last 10 minutes trying to create a poll and I can't do it. I clicked the option "Post A Poll" and nothing happens. Do I need to type something or get specific permissions? Please help! Also, pictures would really help a lot

 

Check the box titled: "Create a poll with this number of options (Maximum 100):" type in the number of options in the textbox, then click "Post New Thread". Then it should let you input the options for the poll.

 

In the future avoid using Red angry faces, it just attracts bad attention.

Even on thread titles.
