I think those posts are usually thanked and supported because the car the topic starter brings up is usually something lame, in the sense of, say, a toyota camry or something that really isn't all that interesting for BeamNG. A C3 Corvette is a car that's often forgotten about, because it seems like an obvious car: just another sportscar "surely it has been suggested before". But a C3 and C4 Vette would be loads of fun to build for BeamNG because they're constructed differently from the more mainstream cars, in that they're made of fiberglass and such. That said, I need to reinstall most of my laptop because of a Windos explorer has stopped working error that keeps looping. Can't seem to fix it, so going to backup everything I can. But I can't do it today or tomorrow due to no time at the moment :/ Bit anoying. Hopefully it's not because of hardware damage(I read damaged RAM can sometimes lead to this). EDIT: So, after looking for days, having a computer that barely functions, being about to just restore the computer to it's factory settings... It seems like Asus Webstorage was the culprit :|
As someone who's worked in IT, I can tell you it may just be a simple cause. Check for junk programs (SearchProtect, etc) in your Add/Remove programs, any malware/adware, etc. If it's not any of that then something may have gotten corrupt on the hard drive (also if you hear scratchy noises regularly from your laptop, that's not good ). In a rare case it could be RAM though.
Yeah! That looks to be an 80-82 with that batman style (Still beautiful!). Mine is a 75 which comes before the body change to the front and rear bumpers and the bubble rear window. Interchangable parts wouldn't be too difficult to do on these I imagine because the only major changes between the years are the bumper covers and the rear clip (Bubble window vs no bubble window). There are some different types of hoods you could include, too. An L88 hood, for example would be awesome. The L88 model of Corvettes were the top end that pretty much competed with Ford's Mustang Boss models with horsepower at the wazoo. Here's an L88 hood on a C3:
