I did notice the vehicle was rather sluggish with D-Series transmissions. Another option would be adding your transmissions to the D-Series list. Or.. I noticed one of your engines using slots2. I believe with that you could make the engine accept both S10 and D-Series transmissions. The last question/suggestion is the transfercase.. Is that different on your version also? Or just a copy of the stock one? I've also attached my 'rangebox' which is based on the stambecco one. You could slot swap that onto the S10 if you wish. Giving me ratio options aswell as seperate front driveshaft and high/low switching.
its all down to the jbeam stuff, the r10 engines have their own groups and everything, different stuff from the d-series while the d-series parts would (i think) technically function thered be no meshes, for transmission or transfercase, i had to modify all that to work correctly, ive also got plans for more transmissions, so it wouldnt really need the d-series transmissions once i get those built, along with more transfercases, and axles, and and and, yea, theres alot planned all in all, with where i want to go with this mod, d-series compatibility is not on my list to be entirely honest i can look into your transfercase there, i might add it
hey man i really love this mod. i owned a 91 s10 for 4 years and it was my baby so im trying too find the most up too date version but im not the best w computer stuff. i keep trying too find the discord stuff but none of the links on here work is there anything i can search too help[ me find it so i can stay up to date with it?
ive been a Syclone ownwe since 2015, i can help with any detail questions. they are not twin turbo. but god i love this mod!
oh and, torsion bar front end for the 4x4s --- Post updated --- i currently have none of the models for the second gen, and i dont think im going to get any, as it currently is, there will be no 2nd gen from me --- Post updated --- i currently have none of the models for the second gen, and i dont think im going to get any, as it currently is, there will be no 2nd gen yea i realized this, i plan to make the correct turbo setup sometime, but im keeping that twin turbo its so nice, especially in the prerunner version ive been working on
huh, interesting config on the right... looking foward to the update. here is a model that I found for a 2nd gen. Might need to work on it a little, but hope it will work.
i currently have none of the models for the second gen, and i dont think im going to get any, as it currently is, there will be no 2nd gen grampa spec lmao was just showing the parts ive been working on :3 --- Post updated --- took a peek at the model there, itd have to be entirely reworked for beam, also dosent have much for interior, maybe the seats and steering wheel is usable, its semi got a shell to it, but not much, itd take a whole lot of work to make it work in beam i also personally have no interest in the second gens, my opinion on them isnt that great, i owned one for a few months and it fell apart rapidly even though it was rust free, the list of problems was bigger than the list of what worked heh this isnt a no btw, i just dont have much motivation to build a second gen rn, especially since what im working on currently is still a wip, and im also working on other projects, one i call the Bruckell Albatross, a lore '66 Chevy Impala (pic attached) ive got plans to release it aswell soon :3
oh, well. That is okay. What went wrong with the 2nd gen? i'm planning on purchasing a 99' and maybe I could get some insight.

I have one suggestion Is it possible for you to strengthen the frame axle between the lifted part from cab corner to the bed frame when I was messing with it with another mod somehow it worked since it was using a d series mod on the frame is very weak in that center joint
