Speaking of speed limiters. Isn't that a European thing (that Germany started)?

To put it shortly: the German automakers began to be worried about the safety of their vehicles and how fast people were driving them, so they went into a "gentlemen's agreement" limiting them to 155mph.

it's a universal thing, it's done mainly so they don't have to put super expensive high speed tires on a car.

Most cars simply aren't designed to go over about 140, and that's for tire reasons. The limiters are for the above reason.

Notice one more wrong detail: the Sport GT 6.5 versions don't have the GT Sport Steering as they should. They only have the basic Steering system.

Bastion seems to be a bigger, badder ETK800/K-Series:rolleyes:

    Same active AWD drivetrain

And the "Sport Front Differential" is identical to the modern ETK's electronically active limited-slip/locking diff(note the lightning symbol), but there's no "Sport Rear Differential" or "Limited Slip Front Differential".

It's not though, unless US regulations now permit brake lights / tail lights to flash under heavy braking?

I've seen cars flash for up to the first three seconds, but solid after that. I'm not sure about the legal code per se, but that's my experience.

I've noticed that Battlehawks (including Redtail) also have basic Steering system.

For some reason I thought the Battlehawks did have it but actually you're right - they don't. And it seems weird having all the GT undercarriage (GT Struts, Sway Bars, Brakes) except for the GT Steering.

I believe it was Japan where this idea was conceived, all cars had a 180km/h governed limiter since sometime around 1985.

It really doesn't look anything like a Maserati. The front looks inspired by Ford models such as the Taurus and Fusion, and the side profile is muscular in the same way the Dodge Charger is. There's also the slope from the hood to the grille, which is much more reminiscent of a Charger than a Ghibli.

Anyway they could play better with the sounds we already have. For example, using the I6 sample on the exhaust sound part of the V6 makes it sound really close to modern V6s. Doing the same with the V8s, but now using the Bolide's exhaust sound makes them sound way more modern, especially considering how low pitched the bolide sound is.

Side pretty looks like a Camry mostly due to similar side design

Let me try that on my version and if it is sounds better.

    Well, I kind of like that Maserati/Mercedes V8 sound instead of a 60s american V8 on a 2020 car.
