Don't think that's entirely true, the actual minimum is 13- although they say otherwise, its only when you are found to be under 13, you'll be banned.
Nice mod but I seem to be having issues with the glass textures. Can't see out of the car while in first person & there is that no texture stuff on it on the outside.

That's because this mod is broken atm due to a big game update, and we don't know if it's going to get fixed since the original mod author hasn't been active here since September.
