Blur effect from photo mode is stuck

Hello, so after I finished the Seven Bridges time trial, and I wanted to do a photo. I set some effects, and quit to freeroam. Then after I switched to Italy, the filters stayed, but when I switched again, only the blur was stuck. I tried to remove the blur in the photo mode, but that didn't help. After a reinstall the effect is still here. The only way to remove it is to turn off the Depth of Field in graphics settings. How am I supposed to fix the issue with DoF on (or is it normal) ?

 

delete default.postfxpreset.cs in the settings folder in your userfolder

 

I have arleady fixed the issue by doing that, but thank you anyway
