Can you describe the issue further? did this start happening randomly? did it occur on your first boot up of 0.17 (the new update)? does the problem persist upon reloading the vehicle? does the problem persist upon switching to a new car? does it only affect the D series? Does it only affect the player car? how easily can you replicate this? have you tried deactivating mods and clearing the cache? does the problem persist even after a reboot of the game? have you tried using Ctrl+Backspace in game?

This issue has been persistent for about five updates and any car with non-stock parts has this blue cloud effect (ex. bluebuck w/ hydraulics, body kits, lifted suspension parts). I have yet to find an automation car that has this issue. Also, the thickness of the cloud can be changed in postFX settings, however the cloud cannot be terminated. Theough the cloud is not on all cars, my guess is round 60% of all he carrs hav this issue.

do you have graphical artifacts in other games as well? it might be a hardware issue. Have you tried running the game on Integrated graphics to see if you GPU has a crossed wire?
