    It doesn't have to be a vehicle to be in this subforum. The mods and skins are for mods of already released content and skins.

    But we're not in mods and skins. We're in vehicles.

    What I had been asking was if this was something like DrowsySam's Spintop, or a terrain piece like a tree.
