WCG actually does it. IDK how well it works, but they do maintain it so it's not worthless.

ALSO, GUESS WHAT GUYS? We passed 60m!

Couple hundred? Please, that's old Atom performance. My guess would be 100 PPD tops, for brand new high end phones.

Yea ok. 80c? Damn, I try to keep my laptop GPU under that... (It'll hit about 80-85c under max gaming load. More like 75 if I'm not playing in bed or on my lap.)

Except cortex a9 already exceeds old atom let alone a15, krait (tad faster than cortex a15, Qualcomm snapdragon is notably one of 2 ARM chips which are custom designed and do not simply license the reference core design from ARM, the other is denver) and the newer ARMv8 architectures (Denver, A72, A57 and A53 (plus Qualcomm has something up their sleeves I think, I've been out of the loop for awhile) are upto 70% faster than A15 before considering larger address space and 64 bit arithmetic).

Really that shows how crape atom was though. Let alone the fact arm can clock higher too.

Clovertrail and bay trail were a new core design from Intel rather than being the atom of old, much faster but again struggle to beat armv8.

Throw in NEON support and also OpenCl (which a few mobile gpus do support, adreno for example, and obviously the tegra supports both opencl and cuda). A smartphone can fold better than an old atom no problem.

By the looks of it this will be our highest scoring month. We should break 9 million points this month. It would be awesome if we could break 10 million points, but that might be a bit of a stretch. Keep up the good work guys!

I'm out for a while at least, no longer need the heating in my room. Plus I've been folding literally the past 4 months straight.

Yeah, I'm out for now too. My PC just will not work if both the CPU and GPU are under max load, or a game is loaded right after the GPU is. I think it's the PSU. For now I'm considering folding at night only.

CPU voltage is too low for constant folding, but fine for everything else so I'm just GPU folding.

I did, I got Kentucky and Gonzaga in the Championship with Gonzaga winning it all. I don't really watch basketball outside of the tournament so I just kind of randomly filled out the bracket.

Get really long PCIE extenders and hang your GPUs out the window.

I'd be a better man if I really knew what this was solving. I hope the dot on my gums is only a blister, not cancer.
