beamng memory error opun level load

hello. the last few days i'm unable to play the game.

after reinstall of the game. drivers. and removal of all mods.

i stil keep getting gpu/memory errors when launching one of the bigger maps (gridmap is so far the only one that wil load and run)

i have a xeon x5675 cpu (single one this time)

with 12 gb ram (6x2)
the current gpu is a r9 270x. not the best but all i can do til 2070 rma is back

i'm not sure what can cause this. i have like i said removed and reinstalled everything

 

sure. atm reinstalling the game again. wil it help if i record myself doing everything?
