OK just chiming in with the answer in case it helps someone else: I had "Smart Selection of Vehicles" turned on and I'm working on a modest power laptop, so apparently my machine was failing some sort of pre-check that occurs to see if having that amount of traffic is tolerable. Not sure why this check succeeds on the vanilla map and fails on the map copy though. MP
Perhaps the tool didn't rename all the entries, for example, those in the files that control traffic. You could try editing these entries manually. The files most likely affected are "city.sites.json" and/or "facilities.sites.json". As far as I know, these files contain information about parked cars, among other things, and also the map name and path is required here. I'm not sure if this will solve the problem, but I would give it a try. You could also try searching the entire renamed project using a program like Notepad++ for other entries with the old project name and manually editing those entries as well if necessary. (I think AlexKidd71 is still on vacation, idk)
