Unzip the russian mod, there's a 'copy to game documents - vehicles' folder and six readme files, that's why it never showed up in your vehicle selector

I've been trying to think of a theory for this, and I think I got it Andy is the tow truck guy... Now, here is my one bit of proof... When FrlzErls was asked wether andysurvived that crash, he replied with 'well, that was a rather violent crash, I don't think so', a similar response was given when we asked wether hellhound survived. And he did survive.....
