these frickin download times

at certain times it takes only 3 seconds
(it took me 5 minutes to download 38 mb file)
my internet is good btw so its probably the server region

nope
i download straight from the forums and i have to relaunch the game everytime i add a mod so that the game detects it
so i usually leave it closed while getting some mods

 

yeah, otherwise game crashes for me if i paste a mod file into the game folder while its open and running

maybe downloading both at the same time is causing this (cause they are not that light mods aswell)

 

I've just started to have the same problem, internet is the same as usual, just takes forever to download for no reason.

Normally, this would be a quick few second download.
And then sometimes, it just works perfectly. Dunno what causes it.
