Intel Core i5-2400 Stock clock (3.10GHz Boosting to 3.19GHz) Ram 16GB DDR3 with CL9 timing (its CL11 if its auto) Maxed out at 106.975
Stock 5950X, 3200 CL14 vs 3600 CL15 EDIT 2021-02-06: 3.6GHz pre-bench, all cores boosting to 4.6GHz during 32 car test
Not the same guy but I have a 5950X too, I tested with 72 cars and found it was able to manage 64 real time >100% (although only just over 100!), after that it starts to drop into the low 90s and down. RAM is 3600CL16
A reminder as none of the last results have it: for better reference please include an image of CPUZ during the test or say at what frequency the cpu is running (stock is not a frequency as the cpu has various turbo frequencies), thanks.
Stock AMD Ryzen 9 5900X @ 4200, CPU-Z showed 4190-4200.5 during the test. 32GB 3600MHz RAM with good timings, but only running at 2132MHz until I can figure out what's going on. Max Mbeams/s: 381.719, hoping for a little better once I get the memory speed resolved.
Intel i7-9700F 3.00GHz with a boost clock of 4.3GHz, 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 (slowed to 2666MHz bc motherboard), tested with 20 cars
Ryzen 9 5900x, 5.2ghz boost. 12 cores, 24 threads. 64gb of CL17 ram, at 3333mhz. 507 mbeams per second. @Carson Blocks @Car_Killer would be great if bananabench wasn't limited to 16 threads, because I would literally crush this thing.
