Bad performance on good pc

So im getting 25-30 FPS in beamngdrive, no matter what car, map, or even lowering the settings to low improve by like 5 fps most. It was running perfectly like 3 months ago. My PC is fairly good, Ryzen 5 2600X, GTX1070 8GB, 16GB RAM, game & os on SSDs. The issue is it is using like 40% of the CPU and like 50% of the GPU. Everything else is running normally on my PC, idk whats wrong with Beamngdrive. Any one got that kind of issue? Any fixes? pls help
