Re: B-25 Mitchell Just added a version updated for 0.4.2.0, using the newly implemented lift/drag model. Gliding performance is now much better and engine-out landings are possible. Also fixed the cockpit exploding upon spawn and added a thumbnail image.
Re: B-25 Mitchell Single engine landings you say? My favorite kind of landings. Back n my IL-2 games I'd nurse my old B-25 in on one engine and half a tail. Glad I can now do that again. - - - Updated - - - Mitch, I have a bug to report and a suggestion to make, if you don't mind. The bug is that whenever I press the "drop bomb" key the landing gear, wheel covers and bomb bay doors fall off the plane. This is way ebfore the bomb actually hits, so not explosion related. The suggestion is adding a cockpit light to the B-25 to make night flights more realistic. There are red light-bulbs on the right side of the nose, the back of the cockpit, in the tail turret and over the waist guns, as seen below: (imported from here) And before someone asks, that is Harrison Ford in the cockpit.

The plane seems reset every time after it gets far enough from the bombs. For example, if I drop the bombs on the ground before takeoff in Grooved Range, I can only go to about half way to the runway before it crashes. (and same happens while flying of course)
The controlls for this thing are still messed up, I still don't know how to apply the throttle without pitching down at the same time when I press the w key
