I have a question, as I’m going to make a Kei-ish car mod with different localizations (Yes quite unrealistic), can I use the Autron brand for one of them (The European one to be specific)? I can of course give credit where it’s needed, I just want to make it an Autron, as it fits the lore perfectly. By the way, since this is the first time I’m mentioning my „big” (not really since it is a Kei car) project online, if enough people actually care, I can make a forum thread for it. Just saying.

tbh, I think the modern guages should be enlarged to the same size as the old as it is quite hard to see some of the smaller text on the guages. especially the readings on the fuel and temp guages.
So it's been quite a while for me of not making anything with the mod, reason behind it are reasonable for me: 1. I'm trying to change the plans in my life this summer, and if i fail, i'll be more common on the internet, which of course would potentially break my mental health (hm-hm twitter, reddit, anything really) 2. A lot of bullpoo is going around in BeamNG community about an actual (p-word) which actually made me bit scared of what this community really is behind the rooms of it. 3. My internet provider blocks the access to BeamNG site domains for no apparent reasons. If it's politically related (because i live in Ukraine), i don't know what do i even do in this kind of situation. Though using a VPN is not a big deal, and downloads aren't that slow from the website compare it to the game. Despite all of it, i still need to release the update sometime later. And maybe i'll do some addon packs with some features i don't want to add as a main feature of the mod, like a pack of engines, rebadged models, so on. The addons idea came after a message from this thread posted by Agent_Y, in which he explained to me that modding is fun (which as soon as i read it realized it is indeed fun and it explains the reason behind tons of configs which i described as "went too far with it"), and also mentioned i could just do addon packs if i don't want to include something into the main mod itself which i found it as a good reasonable idea for the mod like this (Autron CVP if you forgot where you are). Some may be paid but only very special ones, and only for a very cheap price that makes more sense for a digital purchase, especially if it's an optional addon that nobody would care about. Hopefully you understand the reasons provided above, and you probably got the idea of the addons stuff for this mod. No worries though, this doesn't means i'm going to retire from BeamNG modding, i'm still going to learn the world of modding in this game, and i find it as my own hobby to even modify vanilla car's models, not even putting them in the game. To be honest, this may fall under the „gone too far” category, but maybe making other Autron or even other car mods could be a good idea. Maybe a car type that hasn’t yet been made into a „popular” mod? If you like modding, you could make more other mods. Or maybe I just want more additions to the BeamNG lore ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm mostly thinking of making a car based on a Miramar, and it could be like one of the British Leyland cars, since nobody really made old British regular cars before (ignoring Automation mods). There were few attempts way back in July 2022, but i had to put it on hold for a while since then.
