Communist license versions/inspirees (never copies!) usually had similar, or bigger, engines.

And a pre-tower block Eastern or Central (Poland is not Eastern Europe!) European map would mostly be contemporary pre-war architecture, with some relatively recent, blockier stuff in between.

They didn't - it was called Fiat 500 - and Topolino is Italian for "little mouse"

Well sorry about that... I suppose I need to work on my geography before I offend an entire country! I just want an Eastern European map so I can take screenshots in "City 17." (Believe it or not, HL2 was almost set in West Coast, USA! They changed it at the last minute for some reason...)

    That was Minis.

Anyway, does anybody else want a Fiat 850/VW Type 3 car?

The 850 was basically a 600 with a longer rear end, so it would make a lot of sense.

Anyway, here's a retro version of mine. Coming in my upcoming Viva Italia Car Pack, powered by a 105 HP 1.0 turbo-3.

It's the closest you can get without using Automation cars.

Something I can't help but notice is that the bumper in the recent image looks so much like this one found on the Beetle.

Will a 5.5 swap work too?

the 5.5 is a beast of an engine, but it's a little overused (why wouldn't it be, compared to the 4.5?)
i think that if the car comes stock with an option to swap in a big engine, used on a drag version, they'll go with either a 2.0L/2.5L SBR4 engine, or the Gavril 4.5L V8, because a 5.5 would be pretty damn big to fit in that little car.

All I'm saying is that engine of least weight for given power is going to be always better option, as it allows better weight balance and better power to weight ratio.

So as car is about nimble handling, if there is vanilla engine swaps it probably would make most sense to have SBR4 engine swap.

Miramar engine bay is almost like designed to fit Moonhawk V8, so maybe this small car has been tested with SBR4 engine and engine bay sized appropriately.

If engine swaps don't come with initial launch, then Career mode might benefit from such, options, like SLRR had.

Even node naming tends to follow similar pattern, which would be needed for vanilla engine swaps, so who knows, maybe?

Still mentioned customization options might be more in terms of wide fenders, roof rack, extra rally lights etc.

The Gavril 4.5 and 5.5 use the same block, and are the same size. A Hirochi flat 4 would be nice though.
