pro tip: scale the torque curve app to be square or at least not so wide for low-power engines. i make these kind of engines all the time...

I think there's something wrong with Piccolina's turn signals.
1. Turn signals turn on with headlights (Im not 100% sure, but i think thats american thing)

2. Clear turn signals on fender can somehow change color (that's old lightbulb, not LED)

That's more or less correct. Up to the early '60s, in most southern european countries, front turn signals were clear/white and served both the turn signal and the position light functions at once. Manufacturers were free to choose either the integrated, dual function solution (white) or have separate units. Italy was an exception, as front turn signals had to be necessarily clear by the traffic law of the time. Another exception was Germany (and, possibly, other northern european countries), where amber signals were mandatory instead.

That's likely the reason why fender-mounted front signals on the Piccolina are available in both variants. For the clear version to be fully correct, though, spotlights should emit white light also when used as turn signals.

I looked on the wiki, what does population mean?

 

It's a value in every car's info_[config name].json file. Currently all it does is determine how likely certain configs are to spawn in traffic.

 

Why do some car config areas say "Reserved for SuperAustin64 and Nathan24"? That's very frustrating.

That is a completely stupid idea, that would never exist in real life. Stop making up completely illogical cars this is not the place for that. Lore is supposed to be like this:
A Compact- rear engine 4 door 60's family saloon, available in many body types. With the Piccolinas engines.
