Well, no because the last post was made a little over a month ago, 3 months and over is the required time to not post for it to be a bump.

Welcome to the world of discontinued mods. A wonderful place where people like us get depressed because of the incompletion of mods that looked promising. This bump actually got me confused and kind of excited until I looked at the date. Welp we all learn something don't we?

A "bump" is what we use to describe when a post gets commented on and goes to the top of the forums. The posts are all sorted by the last date they get commented on, so it's possible to bring posts from the bottom of the forums from 4+ years ago to the top by commenting on them.

 

A bump is when you post on a thread that hasn't been touched in a long time.
