Played on 0.27, seems to work just fine, however, some errors related to "ghostsleep" appear in console logs. The spook events work correctly, ghost marshal appears, uses lights/horns and disappears, goes into chase mode, and destroys your car on touch like it should. However, there are some issues. I did some night time police chases on this map for fun, put AI against AI, and switched to a police car. When I did so, the ghost car appeared and was seemingly ignoring all the police cars, heading for default vehicle. The police cars even touched the ghost car, but did not have any effects applied on them. And about AI, it's sometimes weird. If you do 'follow me' mode on all cars through the radial menu, it affects the ghost car as well. This does make for some interesting situations in which it stops right in front of the player's car. I'm sure this works on other modes like flee and random. There's also this problem as well The script fails to despawn the ghost car when daytime appears. It stops moving and idles permanently. Could definitely use some improvements(though I expect none since this has been labeled outdated)
The problem is with the ghost car it seems. Just remove the mainLevel.lua file from Atlanto.zip\levels\atlanto\

well, @Noxious5147 could've tell that member in the converstations, also, i think the guy who needed help probably has deleted the map mod since then because the member has seen that nobody helps him till now. (or has fixed his problem himself by clearing cache,ect) also, i know that your'e not new around here. i've seen you in different threads, overall, im just saying that this was not that necessary at all.
Still works fine. However you must press ESC when the map loads up, otherwise the main menu slideshow will play.
I managed to run the map and it worked but I get a "vehicleintraffic" and related to the ghost car errror. I've noticed the ghost car doesn't chase me it's basically frozen although it does move sometimes but it's AI seems a bit goofed. However the consequence of crashing into it is still there. I recently revisited the map and I still had console errors but it didn't show the ghost car in the log, so I started driving around during the evening, finding the ghost car. But no luck I tested the latest version of the map using 0.31 and I'm hoping I can play the map with the ghost car, otherwise I might have to downgrade the BeamNG version...
Useless bump. This map is really old and won't get updates anymore. For some reason, the ghost car seems to no longer work. All I can suggest is to play this map on an older version like 0.14 (which can be selected in the beta branchs through Steam).
