No, I mean the generic state trooper skins and ambulance you see in some of the newer DLCs

 

I know about the fictionalized city/state ambulance ones, but generic state police?

 

Again, apologies for the bump-in, but I saw this interesting mod on Steam by Nimir-Raj that adds skins of the in-game companies to AI vans and box trucks and I'm curious if you could try that as well.
