WIP Beta released American Road 1.91

Very large (120 sq/km, 11x11 km) map, hundreds kilometers of all types of roads. 8 GB RAM required

    Now this is a 1st for me...

    This is what the relative camera looks like.

    Everything looks fine. its all good.

    Now, heres the drivers camera...

    I have no clue what the hell happened.
    I try official levels, the driver camera is fine.
    I tried to clear my cache and everything, even in safe mode. i dont know why but right now ur map does this to the driver camera.
    Its a 1st time something weird like this has happened to me.

    Hope this can be fixed...

    I think that devs made something with the game so it loads faster. It loads faster on my PC too.

    Looks like a problem with "near clip". For some reason I set it to 0.3 instead of 0.1 when I was fixing the sky... I will try to do something with this as soon as possible.

    There is a temporary method to fix it.

    Go to documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods/repo/americanroad.zip/levels/mymap/main/MissionGroup/Level_object. There is a file called "items.level.json" in this folder. You can open it (with notepad for exemple) and change the value of "nearClip" from 0.3 to 0.1, or replace this file with the one I am attaching to this post.

    Edit:
    For some reason the file name lost one of the dots while it was uploaded. Be sure to change the downloaded file name from "itemslevel.json" to "items.level.json" with a dot between "items" and "level" before replacing it. :D

    Unfortunately, the map don't load at all after zip fixing. There are no map picture and no map name, no spawn points and no loading....

    That's weird. Did you change the value by yourself, or did you use the file I sent?

    Thanks! it works.
    Ill try to remember next time i see this happen to check the level nearClip code.

    Heads up. the patch you released didnt fix the textures for the low LOD trees.

    What cache do you clear? I cleared steam but that didnt work is it something i have to do in the folder or what is it?

    Clear that directory in your Documents: ...\Documents\BeamNG.drive\cache.0.19.0.0\levels

    editing the file myself didn't work and pasting your file didn't either.
    what worked for me is downloading the mod again and pasting your file in the clean download
