    The tandem rear axles work on any "commercial" frame, so even if it will look slightly goofy, you can equip the current box/flatbeds with a tandem rear axle
    The ambulance upfit is already out, it's the one from the van. I just didn't make any configs with it as I felt that it's not suitable for the Durham, though some people may enjoy it. There will be ambulance configs included with the next update (skinpack and the main mod get updates at the same time)

    Top Tier has made some skins for it and brought over the van's ambulance design plus a new SWAT livery, these two configs will be included

    Definitely not without a D series to base it off of, as I don't want to take it upon myself to make an all new pickup truck. If anyone does make it and I like it, I'll get in contact with them and see if it works out. Though, all of that is in the future as right now, my priority is working on more upfits for the addon, fixing bugs on the main mod and also after all that is done, probably revamp some parts and then move onto the Gen 4.

    Yeah thats what I mean is to have a regular D-series Durham with a hood that looks like the hood of a Chevrolet 5500
