Good to see progress on this mod starting again. I think it looks arguably better than it did last time, and I’m excited to see it again. I would like to see you reshape the rear quarter window and make it fill out that area more, less like a Durango. Would make it a little more unique compared to a Durango.
Yeah, since that version was basically rushed and not up to my standards, it was best to have a full remake, and this time around progress won't go as fast as that but it will be much better in quality.
I don't find it likely that he'll release the old one, even if it was in a state finished enough for release.
I still got the old one but probably won't give it to anyone else, and it's probably better to not have it since it is full of bugs and just generally not great.
i saw this on reddit, i am still waiting like the toy story 2 monkey for this to come out. however, do you think you will release the old versions?
Time for the first update on what's going on with the bulwark! First things first, it now has a diffuser which I tried to make have some similarities with the front bumper then windows and spoiler, and the biggest thing that has been done is chassis and interior carpeting (heavily inspired by the bastion) I also have put the bastion mechanical bits in, it doesn't fit the best but it's good enough Thats basically all that has been done since I posted this thread. Judging by the progress I have done so far it might be getting in game soon, but for the first time I get it in game I might just slap it on the bastion jbeam then later create a new jbeam for it but I'm not too sure on how ill be doing this jbeam wise.
So hawttttt, --- Post updated --- It’s coming together so fast I can’t believe it’s only taken 2 weeks for designing to actually building it’s moving so fast --- Post updated --- 1 week*
Can’t wait to see this completed, looks really good. Have you considered making the rear quarter windows fill out that area more like in a Tahoe rather than the smaller, angles windows like in a Durango? I think it would add an interesting differentiation between this and the IRL Durango. --- Post updated --- Plus I think it would fit the lines of the vehicle better.
I have thought about that but since this isn't supposed to be a big body on frame suv like the Tahoe but instead a smaller sportier one, having that window fill out the area more would make it seem bigger and boxier and less sporty than I wanted it to be.
