great fucking mod definitely worth the 2 year wait especially for a mod which was last updated 8 fucking months ago what took you so long huh? --- Post updated --- and if yall dont believe me with the 8 month shit just look into the mod files and when all of them were last modified
I forgot that the Camaro was offered with a Diesel and was tuned by TTsport Not only that but the sounds are so poor that they sound like there are two different engines running parallel from each other.
Damn, the things people are saying about the mod is crazy. I might as well see for myself how bad it is. (Edit) Ok so its not as bad as I though it'd be. Is the sound good? It would be if it didn't sound doubled up. It also feels off, sort of janky in the handling of it. I didn't really find much else overly wrong with it. It does lack somethings that it said it has, but maybe its the Patreon version that has those and not the public release version, I don't know. But that being said I do think it needs work still of course but I don't think its really all that bad.
That is insane, @BaileyLSX5 you had people subscribed to your Patreon for 8 months and you didn't bother updating it once. I get that you work a lot, but that isn't OK. People were paying you to work on it, and you weren't. Also, the fact that even the newest files haven't been updated in the last 8 months mean that not only did you not update it in 8 months, but you didn't do a lick of work on it during that time either. Edit: OVER 800$ A MONTH FOR THIS MESS! That's close to 7000 dollars over the 8 months!
Wouldn't that be fraud of some sort? Saying you're doing something and have people keep paying you while you sit there and do nothing with it? The very least you could've done was informed them development was on a pause.
average meshslap grifter cope also gonna point out pretty much your entire patreon is in violation of their TOS lmao https://www.patreon.com/policy/legal Creations or benefits that use others’ intellectual property, unless you have written permission to use it, or your use is protected by fair use.
Guys, if you don't like the bugs then maybe one of you could try fixing it??? Wasn't that the mentality we should try having?
The issue here is not the bugs (although those are awful and would require us to basically remake the mod to properly fix), it's the fact that he made $7000 and didn't move a finger on the flagship mod that the subscription pays for.
I spent a lot of time on engine stuff and models. Not much good at anything els lmao --- Post updated --- First of all they aren’t paying for a mod. They are paying to support my work and early access of my mods. I’ve said that several times but it just slides right off your smooth brains. --- Post updated --- So yall can keep complaining all yall want. I’m doing everything by the book. Otherwise my accounts would have been gone long ago.
imagine selling a mod that is broken and then releasing it for free after you milked dozen's of people's wallets smh (and the mod was broken since release :snotfish: )
well after 2 fucking years of constantly milking money off of this heap of shit i expect at least SOME quality and not a mod which is comparable to fucking spoolingdiesel
Ok ok we get it dudes, we can still complain about how the mod hasn't been worked on in 8 months (because that's a valid point) but can we please stop pointing out how the mod is f*cking "broken"? It's broken because it's unfinished, if we wanted it to have less bugs we'd be waiting for another two years, just be grateful the author decided to release it at all, otherwise we wouldn't have another 5th gen Camaro mod, ever. Making subscribers pay for something you're putting no progress into, however, is valid. Like Reece Coates said: That way, you could prevent people from buying a subscription and then complaining that your mod isn't being worked on. Or you could pause billing until you start progress on the mod again, or, if you still wanted some money, at the very least subtract a reasonable amount off the subscription price, preferably what you think the paused mod is worth. If you think the Camaro is worth 5 bucks by itself, then subtract 5 bucks off the subscription price. If you think the Camaro is worth the whole subscription price, then don't make your subscribers pay at all. That way, you won't have your subscribers wasting all that money for nothing.
So yall can keep complaining all yall want. I’m doing everything by the book. Otherwise my accounts would have been Actually I did exactly this. I put the mod on hold. And I lowered the price from $10 to $5. People still paid for it. I mean not as much but still did.
no its just that we cant report you for copywright infringement unless we are GM so unless gm sees this or someone finds a way to contact them you wont get your stuff taken down. theres a reason all car games HAVE to have licensed cars, same applies here, and you wouldnt really even be able to licence a car in beam cuz of the deformation and allat
Ever heard of the phrase, "Even if you put lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig"? It basically means that you can change the exterior of something all you want, but it will still be the exact same thing where it counts. In this context, it means that even though you put a nice model on the K-Series, it's still a K-Series, and will crash like a K-Series.
