this is seriously pathetic... just to clear things up, was talking about the worthless arguments, not the mod.
i genuinely don't see why anybody would think this, surely you'd want as much variety as possible for vehicles in the game? plus, the modello is clearly going to be a quality addition to the game and you should be grateful for szanto putting in the effort to make it.
Why do you put your name under everything you type ? That's what signatures are for, and anyways we can see your name on the left
Yes, I do want as much variety as possbile, but having too many very similar cars doesn't add much variety, does it? Or is it just me? I'm not saying this mod is bad by any means, so, sorry if my post reads like that. Also, I am grateful for szanto putting effort to it, and I'm looking forward to purchase it and support him and his work. Sorry, I guess just an old habit.
"yeah just quit the mod, its worthless to me now regardless if you made it for yourself and wanna share it with people" delete your account
That seems a bit disrespectful to the effort that szanto is putting into this mod. Furthermore the Mondello is from a different time period compared to the Scintilla
I certainly do not agree with this what so ever. Every time I have made a mod, there have been other people working on a very similar mod at the same time. Any rivalry in this case was overshined by enthusiasm for each others progress. There is no limit to a certain car, or car type. Just because something have been done doesn't mean it can't be done again. Because everyone have their own way of doing things, and it makes each mod unique. If someone wanna make a mod of something that already exist in some way, that's their choice. No need to talk about how "there isn't room" for certain mods. There is.
This is what I love to see, I completely agree and I feel like everyone's almost competing to be unique now, I love the fact that talented people can come together and just make whatever they feel like no matter what's already out there, and it needs to stay that way... This is a place for creativity, not negativity!! Plus, the Mondello/360/430 is nothing like the Scintilla, I genuinely don't get why people don't see that, just feels rude and disrespectful. Anyways, I'm really blimmin excited for this mod
Oh man, we're having PAID mods now? Didn't it used to be against the rules to do this? While the car looks cool, it's not enough for me to justify putting 3 dollars into, especially since its essentially just the Turismo from GTA 4 with some bodykits (which is also ILLEGAL, since you are using assets created by Rockstar without their permission). What happens when the mod becomes outdated? At least, with the full game, you have the understanding that everything in the vanilla game will be kept up to date with each update. Mods can become outdated fast, and typically a mod will recieve a few updates before the creator loses interest and leaves it behind. We've all seen this happen. What if I pay 3 dollars for this car, and then the next update breaks it to such an extent that it can no longer even be spawned in without breaking the game. Did I just waste my money?
Nice troll dudee, using assets from Rockstar, how? You're wrong mate, both this and the Turismo are taking inspiration from the Ferrari 360 and 430 Scuderia, what you're doing really isn't funny at all, you're starting drama. I do see where you're coming from with updates, but come on man, it isn't that hard, you're not forced to buy the mod and saying that they're "using assets created by Rockstar" is way too far, but I'm gonna leave that here
It's not using GTA assets and it's not a direct copy so it's not illegal, but yes if it's broken by an update you did just waste your money
