Old one yet. I can't find the original blend file anywhere.. may have deleted it by mistake :| Anyway not much of an issue, I can set it up again. I have some plans to update the meshes a bit, like using the GM dashboard textures, switch it over to global textures, that engine model (as it's a shared part now), etc. Maybe later..later on.
For some reason the car breaks when I shift it into reverse, and the first police livery preset spawned with missing pieces. Deleted previous install,(Unless I missed anything, checked cache and my mods folder(s),) And I am using the most recent version(.5.0.0) Any clue as to what's conflicting and causing issues? And about that issue with what appears to be the driveshaft: The cars underside after going into reverse and accelerating;
If anyone is interested in a custom sound for this, download the file and extract into the vehicle's .zip. or Documents/BeamNG.drive/vehicles/*create a folder called "FordCrownVic/*paste files here* @Nadeox1 , you can use this in your mod if you want
I realize I'm posting on a several-month old thread, but I think the content is a bit valid. I'm wondering if there's going to be an update for this car with the new functionality to turn lightbars on and off? It'd make this mod absolutely perfect on top of how good it is already.
have you tried Alt+M? and you DO know you can turn them on and off via the configurations? you can switch it from on and off in there too. (they are separate parts)
That will be a good idea... But I think that the Author thinks this might stay like this.... --- Post updated --- Even I didnt know that....
I don't think I will be updating this mod with new functionality/stuff (only to maintain it working) It's a very old mod made when I had very little BeamNG modding knowledge and without the modelling experience I have now. I have plans to work on new content though
The mod is back online. For copyright reasons, we had to remove the mod from the repository, but it's still available to download from the forum
