If the mesh and textures originated as a GTA mod, it was more than likely authored by darewnoo.pl because they've made GTA mods of every Daewoo model.

Hate to be a party pooper but if it is the model you are using them you cannot publish the mod, a, you didn't buy the model which means you don't really hold a license to it and b, even if you did buy the model its specifically for private use and not for public redistribution. (source of information: http://www.darewnoo.pl/mods/buy-model ) I would recommend reaching out to seek permission and to officially buy the model to use it, but I can't force you to do anything.
