The thing that I did was look at the current Russian sideskerts on how they looked, I did that on blender "using the blueprint" and re sized it
Yeah but you don't post pictures to prove you actually did any of that. All your saying is that you look at Russian mods, find the smallest issue and fix that than say "okay it's ready for a re-post", Then promise to do all kinds of things when it shouldn't even be on the forums until after you've done far more work than this. Nearly everyone with the smallest knowledge of how games work can go into blender open a .dae and resize a single part.
Since I have exp. with ROR cars, should I just make my own instead of editing this shitty ass russian car mod
Please, Take your work somewhere else unless you can prove to us that you are actually doing the work. No proof=We dont believe you. You simply can't do this kind of BS on these forums. This is a place for legitimate modelers and mod creators, Not crappy reposts and edits.
If you want to be taken seriously you'll want to show off what you've done, and the steps you've taken, generally it should be your own mod in-game. or part of it in a work in progress thread. You shouldn't re-post a Russian mod saying you changed things if you cannot prove you've changed anything. For basic modding rules see this post.
Honestly this looks like the old 94 Chevy that was on the forums at one point... I know since I do have that one and it looks very similar to this.
You could be right looks like a it's a stolen mod from here taken to the Russian forums than taken off them to be re uploaded here again with bad Russian changes from the Rus version. Actually if you are referencing this: http://www.beamng.com/threads/1994-chevrolet-silverado-now-with-ext-cab-new-thread.6536/ Old '94 mod "New" '94 mod mmmm... I say this is a re-post of a re-upload. What a weird mod loop.
