Sorry, but right now, he isn't done with it. If you had the car, it wouldn't be done and it wouldn't help you. I hope you understand. Also, ignore LandYacht76, he's mean to all new members it seems...

I don't see why it's required to come to a public forum where people don't always read the rules, or understand common courtesy, and act and pretend to be stuck up and self-righteous.

In other words, don't be an a**hole. Yes, you all know who I'm referring to. Chill the hell out and let people ask what they're going to ask, and just kindly point them in the direction of protocol here. Not everyone understands yet.

At any rate, Veyron, I've been watching your thread on the LTD for quite some time now. I'm eager to see this in the game, and if there's anything I can help out with by all means, just send me an IM. :3 But it does look like you have everything under control. Just offering help if needed.

It's alright, most people just get annoyed with that, and others, they take it WAY TOO FAR.

NYPD never used LTD CVs. I'd say LAPD and Chicago livery.

Oh, thanks for the info :) I've really only seen earlier pre-faclift NYPD ltd's

I'll look into the police and taxi variants later in the project.

Guys, just because someone asks for a DL link doesn't make them a bad person. A bad person is someone who complains about it turning the thread into a rage thread.

    Anyways Veyron,

Nice car, it looks good. But I would do some research on smooth groups and edge splits :)

Loooool, white-knighting the mongs? That's nice. If they can't understand [WIP] they deserve it.

Just like on one of the other threads, I'm going to ask you guys to stop fussing about. If you wanna do that, do it in PMs. This is a thread to talk about the car itself, not whether asking for a DL link is good or not.

    Thanks :)

I know how to all that I just don't use them during modeling, I just add them after. Honestly don't know why though. I'll do a good render soon with smoothing enabled

EDIT: Here's a preview of how the underbody looks at the minute, then ill get a decent render ;)

Also am I right in thinking that the only structural part is the fender bolted to the body?

Nice, i see a lot of these get smashed in 80s and newer classes. Not the toughest car, but they're cheap and easy to find

Yes, there is just that wheel well shaped inner fender, and the fender itself which bolts to it. There's no unibody-type rails underneath.

    Wow, calm down buddy.

Anyways, this will go great with the newer Crown Vic being made! "Old" vs "new" I guess. Now someone just needs to make a '92-'94 and a '95-'97 Crown Vic and one of the new Tauruses to make this complete! Fat chance... But, one can dream...

He will release it when there's a Jbeam made for it and when he's done adding it to the mesh body, (which takes quite a bit of time, if you have you no knowledge on it). So it will take some time.;)
